603 Concord Ave consists of 61 residential units and 3 ground floor retail spaces. Located on a prominent corner in West Cambridge, across from Fresh Pond Reservation, this project was completed in January of 2015. Besides being AbodeZ's largest modular project so far, this project was the first modular project in Massachusetts to be constructed using five stories of modular boxes over a podium and an underground parking garage. The unique design and construction methods of this project have earned it the 2014 Professional Builder Design Award in the category of Systems-Built/Modular.
