Bay State Corner is conveniently located near the Fresh Pond Park, within walking distance to many area amenities including parks, shopping and restaurants. Consisting of two separate, yet coordinated, developments of five residential units each, this project demonstrated AbodeZ's capabilities in using modular construction on very irregular lots. Bay State Corner received the 2012 Professional Builder Design Award in the category of Systems-Built/Modular.
